John Mason said this in one of his books that '' if you dare for nothing then you need hope for nothing'' So my question to you is, what are presently doing in order to make your life better. Remember that it's only when you are doing something that you will expect a change. But when you are just idle there is no hope for you.
Psychology today defines happiness as a state of well-being that encompasses living a good life - that is with a sense of meaning and deep satisfaction. Whenever you are happy, there is a feeling of excitement that comes with it. When you are really happy, it shows through every thing you do. Wearing a smile doesn't really show that you are happy because anyone who is not actually happy can smile as soon as something that amuses him happens. The best definition of happiness I can you is this; happiness is the moment you feel excited, joy and motivated to carry on with your life despite being surrounded with obstacles. This is real happiness because it comes from within and not from outside. It is necessary for you to know that material things does not bring lasting happiness. Lasting happiness comes from within. To you my reader, what does happiness mean to you? In my next post, I will be writing on different things or activities that brings happiness.
